Ingredients:
 
 Green or Red Chillies:250 gm (big size)
 Sesame Seeds:2 tbsp
 Ginger Garlic Paste:1 tbsp
 Grated Fresh Coconut:3 tbsp
 Chironji:1 tbsp
 Salt:½ tsp
 Cumin Seeds:1 tbsp
 Dry Red Chillies:3
 Tamarind Pulp:½ cup
 Oil:2 tbsp
 
Preparation:
 
Wash and clean green chillie. Boil the chillies in salted water for about 3 minutes.
 
Grind together sesame seeds, coconut, red chillies and chironji to a smooth paste.
 
Heat oil in a frying pan add cumin and when it starts to splutter, add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes. Add tamarind pulp and cook for a while. Add ground paste, salt and cook for few minutes. Add water if necessary.
 
When the gravy becomes thick, remove fro fire. Serve with biryani, pulav or chapathis.
