Ingredients:
 
 Soya Flakes:½ cup
 Semolina:1 cup
 Ginger:small piece
 Green Chillies:3 (chopped finely)
 Beans:1 tbsp (chopped)
 Carrot:1 tbsp (chopped)
 Onion:1 medium(chopped)
 Mustard seeds:½ tsp
 Bengal Gram:1 tsp
 Black Gram:1 tsp
 Cumin Seeds:½ tsp
 Groundnut:1 tbsp
 Curry Leaves:10 (chopped)
 Salt:to taste
 Water:1½ cups
 Oil:for tempering
 Lemon:½
 Ghee:1 tbsp
 
Preparation:
 
Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan. Add mustard seeds, black gram and bengal gram and fry till golden brown color add chopped curry leaves and ginger. Fry for few seconds.
 
Add onion and green chilli, chopped vegetables and fry for a while. Add water, salt and bring the mixture to a boil.
 
Sprinkle soya flakes & semolina little by little and cook on low flame stirring constantly. Cook till the mixture turns into a thick ball. Sprinkle lemon juice and mix well.
 
Top it with ghee and serve hot!
