Dry Fruits Payasam

Ingredients:
 
 Milk:1 ltr
 Sugar:3/4 cup
 Condensed Milk:½ cup
 Raisins:2 tbsp
 Poppy Seeds:1 tbsp
 Alomonds:15 tsp
 Pistachios:1 tbsp
 Walnuts:10 (shelled)
 Saffron:5-6 strands
 
Preparation:
 
Soak saffron in little milk. Make walnuts into samll pieces. Grind almonds and pistachios into coarse powder. Soak poppy seeds in water for 15 minutes and grind to fine paste.
 
Pour milk in a heavy bottomed vessel and bring it to boil. Reduce the falme and add poppy paste. Mix well and cook on a low flame till the milk is reduced to half. Add chopped dry fruits, soaked saffron and cook for 5-8 minutes.
 
Finally stir in condensed milk and put off fire. Top with reserved walnut pieces and serve hot or chilled!
