| | Preparation: | | | | Peel, stone and make sapotas into pulp. Hang curds in a clean muslin cloth till the water is drained off completely. | | | | Mix together sapota pulp, milk powder, curds, honey, sugar and milk cream together. | | | | Chill and pour fresh cream just before serving. Serve with sapota pieces. |
