Ingredients:
 
 Spring Onions:250 gm
 Mint Leaves:20 gm
 Coriander Leaves:50 gm
 Black Salt:½ tsp (powdered)
 Tamarind:10 gm
 Lemon Juice:4 tbsp
 Salt:½ tsp
 Black Pepper Powder:½ tsp
 
Preparation:
 
Remove white onions from springs. Wash and chop into small pieces. Wash and chop coriander and mint into small pieces. Crush together chopped onion springs, coriander and mint in a blender. Add water 1 cup water to it. Reserve the green liquid.

Soak and extract juice from tamarind. Blend together green juice and tamarind juice in a glass of water. Add lemon juie and mix well. Sprinkle salts and pepper powder on top of the juice.
 
Pour juice int long glasses and serve with ice cubes added.
