Ingredients: | | | Spring Onions | : | 250 gm | | Mint Leaves | : | 20 gm | | Coriander Leaves | : | 50 gm | | Black Salt | : | ½ tsp (powdered) | | Tamarind | : | 10 gm | | Lemon Juice | : | 4 tbsp | | Salt | : | ½ tsp | | Black Pepper Powder | : | ½ tsp | |
| Preparation: | | Remove white onions from springs. Wash and chop into small pieces. Wash and chop coriander and mint into small pieces. Crush together chopped onion springs, coriander and mint in a blender. Add water 1 cup water to it. Blend together green juice and tamarind juice in a glass of water. Add lemon juie and mix well. Sprinkle salts and pepper powder on top of the juice. | | Pour juice int long glasses and serve with ice cubes added. |
