Chicken Balls

Ingredients:
 
 Chicken:300 gm (minced)
 Plain Flour:200gm (made into dough)
 Egg:1
 Coriander Leaves:50 gm
 Green Chillies:6
 Salt:3/4 tbsp
 Pepper Powder:½ tsp
 Dry Mango Powder:½ tsp
 
Preparation:
 
Grind together coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, pepper powder and dry mango powder. Marinate the chicken mince with the gorund masala paste for about 30 minutes.
 
Divide the mixture into eight portions and pat into round kababs. Heat oil in a frying pan. Shallow fry the kababs just for two minutes and keep them aside.
 
Roll out the dough into an oblong shape, and cut into squares. Put a kabab over each square, roll in the edges and dip in egg yolk. Deep fry in hot oil. Serve hot topped with tomato sauce!
 
Variation: Use crumbled paneer instead of minced chicken.
