| Ingredients: | | | | | Chicken | : | 300 gm (minced) | | | Plain Flour | : | 200gm (made into dough) | | | Egg | : | 1 | | | Coriander Leaves | : | 50 gm | | | Green Chillies | : | 6 | | | Salt | : | 3/4 tbsp | | | Pepper Powder | : | ½ tsp | | | Dry Mango Powder | : | ½ tsp | | |
| | Preparation: | | | | Grind together coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, pepper powder and dry mango powder. Marinate the chicken mince with the gorund masala paste for about 30 minutes. | | | | Divide the mixture into eight portions and pat into round kababs. Heat oil in a frying pan. Shallow fry the kababs just for two minutes and keep them aside. | | | | Roll out the dough into an oblong shape, and cut into squares. Put a kabab over each square, roll in the edges and dip in egg yolk. Deep fry in hot oil. Serve hot topped with tomato sauce! | | | | Variation: Use crumbled paneer instead of minced chicken. |
