Chicken with Gin Sauce

Ingredients:
 
 Boneless chicken:½ kg (washed and shredded)
 Ginger:5 gm
 Garlic:5 gm
 Gin:30 ml
 Green Chilli Sauce:5 gm
 Egg:1
 Ajinimoto:a pinch
 Corn Flour:few pinches
 salt:a pinch
 
 For Gin Sauce::1 tsp
 Coriander:1 bunch
 Garlic:2 flakes
 Green Chilli:1 (big)
 Salt:to taste
 Sugar:to taste
 Lemon:½ (juice)
 
Preparation:
 
Marinate chicken with ginger, garlic and green chilli sauce for 30 minutes.
 
Add whole egg for binding and add a dash of corn flour to it. Divide the chiccken into balls and fry in oil till they turn golden brown in colour.
 
For gin sauce, grind all the ingredients given for sauce together.
 
Serve the fried chicken with sauce.
