Ingredients: | | | Plain Flour | : | 2 cups | | Bengal Gram Flour | : | 1 cup | | Oil | : | 3/4 cup | | Sugar | : | 1 cup (powdered) | | Cardamom Powder | : | ½ tsp | | Dessicated Coconut | : | 2 tbsp | |
| Preparation: | | Mix together flour, gram flour, sugar, oil and cardamom powder and knead into a stiff dough without adding water. Divide the dough to make 30 equal balls by greasing your palms. | | Flatten each ball using your palms and place small portion of dessicaed coconut in the middle. Cover the edges and flatten it gently. Repeat th

e procedure to the remaining dough. | | Bake the dessert buns in a preheated oven at 200C for about 20 minutes. Put off the oven and leave the buns to cool down in the oven for 5 minutes more. Store in air tight containers. | | Note: Shelf life - one week. |
