1½ cup | | Red Chilli Powder | : | 1½ tsp | | Garam Masala Powder | : | 1½ tsp | | Cashew Nuts | : | 2 tbsp | | Almonds | : | 5-6 | | Turmeric Powder | : | a pinch | | Salt | : | to taste | |
| Preparation: | | Heat oil in a pan add bay leaf and ginger garlic paste. Add onion paste and fry till golden. Add ground masala paste and fry till oil floats on top. Add about 2 cups of water and bring it to boil. | | Now add cubed paneer, cut baby corn. Cook on low fire for about 10-15 minutes. Serve hot with steaming rice or rotis. |
