Baby Corn Korma

Ingredients:

 Baby Corns:150 gm
 Paneer:500 gm (cubed)
 Oil:3/4 cup
 Onion:1 big (ground to paste)
 Ginger Garlic Paste:1 tsp
 Bay Leaf:1
 
 For Gravy::½ tsp
 Tomatoes:2 (cut into big pieces)
 Green Chillies:6 (slit lengthwise)
 Curds:1½ cup
 Red Chilli Powder:1½ tsp
 Garam Masala Powder:1½ tsp
 Cashew Nuts:2 tbsp
 Almonds:5-6
 Turmeric Powder:a pinch
 Salt:to taste
 
Preparation:
 
Heat oil in a pan add bay leaf and ginger garlic paste. Add onion paste and fry till golden. Add ground masala paste and fry till oil floats on top. Add about 2 cups of water and bring it to boil.
 
Now add cubed paneer, cut baby corn. Cook on low fire for about 10-15 minutes. Serve hot with steaming rice or rotis.
