Jam Butter Cookies

Ingredients:
 
 Whole Milk:1 ltr
 Sugar:200 gm
 Peanut Butter:3/4 cup
 Biscuit Mix:2 cups
 
Preparation:
 
Take a heavy bottomed pan add, milk and bring it to a boil. Keep stirring the milk till it reduces to half of its quantity. Add sugar to it and stir well. Preheat the over at 375C.
 
Take a large bowl, thickened milk, peanut butter and beat well with an electric beater at highest speed. Add biscuit mix and mix well. Divide the dough into marble size balls.
 
Flatten the balls a little and make a well in the centre using your thumb. Fill the well with baten jam.
 
Place the cookies on a greased tray leaving 2cm distance between each. Bake for 10 minutes. Put off the oven and leave the cookies inside the oven till they are cool. Store in airtight containers.
