Ingredients: | | | Cauli Flower | : | 1 medium | | Oil | : | 1 tbsp | | Onion | : | 1 cup (finely chopped) | | Green Chilli | : | 2 (chopped finely) | | Tomato Puree | : | 1 cup | | Ginger Garlic Paste | : | 1 tsp | | Coriander Powder | : | 1 tsp | | Garam Masala Powder | : | 1 tsp | | Turmeric Powder | : | 1 tsp | | Grated Cheese | : | ¼ cup | | Salt | : | to taste | | Oil | : | for frying | | Peas | : | ½ cup (boiled) | | Coriander Leaves | : | 1 tbsp (chopped) | |
| Preparation: | | Wash and soak cauliflower in salted water for about 15 minutes. Drain out excess water and deep fry in oil on moderate flame till it becomes tender. Drain out excess water from it by keeping it inverted in a strainer or colander. | | Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute. Add onion and fry for some time. Add green chillies and dry spices. mix well and add tomato puree. Cook till oil seperates stirring in regular intervals. | | Remove form fire and spread the mixture on cauliflower. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. and bake in an oven till the cheese melts. | | Garnish with boiled peas and coriander leaves and serve hot. |
