Ingredients: | | | Water | : | 1½ cups | | Cinnamon | : | 1' piece | | Cardamoms | : | 8 (crushed) | | Cloves | : | 8 | | Milk | : | 2/3 cup | | Sugar | : | 6 tsp | | Black Tea Powder | : | 3 tsp (plain) | |
| Preparation: | | Boil water in tea vessel. Add cinnamon, cardamoms, cloved and bring to boil again. Cover and heat on low flame for about 10 minutes. | | Add milk, sugar and heat on simmer again. Put tea powder or leaves in in and turn off the stove. Cover and let it stand for 2 mintes. Strain and serve hot! |
