Masala Chai

Ingredients:
 
 Water:1½ cups
 Cinnamon:1' piece
 Cardamoms:8 (crushed)
 Cloves:8
 Milk:2/3 cup
 Sugar:6 tsp
 Black Tea Powder:3 tsp (plain)
 
Preparation:
 
Boil water in tea vessel. Add cinnamon, cardamoms, cloved and bring to boil again. Cover and heat on low flame for about 10 minutes.
 
Add milk, sugar and heat on simmer again. Put tea powder or leaves in in and turn off the stove. Cover and let it stand for 2 mintes. Strain and serve hot!
