Jelly Feast

Ingredients:
 
 Unset Jelly:½ ltr
 Milk:250 ml
 Cream:50 ml
 Custard Powder:3 tsp
 Sugar:5 tsp
 Mixed Fruits:1 cup (cubed)
 Peeled Orange Rind:for garnishing
 
Preparation:
 
Mix together custard and sugar and make it inot a paste adding little cold milk. Boil the remaining milk and add the paste stirring continuously. Remove from fire and let it cool.
 
Pour unset jelly into serving bowls and put it fridge.
 
Mix cream, cut fruits and custard. When the kely is completely set, scra[pe out the centre part to make a cavity. Put custard mixture in the cavity and put it in fridge to chill.
 
Garnish with fresh fruits and serve.
