| Ingredients: | | | | | Unset Jelly | : | ½ ltr | | | Milk | : | 250 ml | | | Cream | : | 50 ml | | | Custard Powder | : | 3 tsp | | | Sugar | : | 5 tsp | | | Mixed Fruits | : | 1 cup (cubed) | | | Peeled Orange Rind | : | for garnishing | | |
| | Preparation: | | | | Mix together custard and sugar and make it inot a paste adding little cold milk. Boil the remaining milk and add the paste stirring continuously. Remove from fire and let it cool. | | | | Pour unset jelly into serving bowls and put it fridge. | | | | Mix cream, cut fruits and custard. When the kely is completely set, scra[pe out the centre part to make a cavity. Put custard mixture in the cavity and put it in fridge to chill. | | | | Garnish with fresh fruits and serve. |
