Grilled Oranges

Ingredients:
 
 Oranges:2
 Butterscotch sauce:2 tbsp
 Nuts:for garnishing
 Ice Cream or Custard:for garnishing
 
Preparation:
 
Peel and remove pith from the orange segments. Make a slit in the segments with a sharp knife. Remove seeds and open out each segment.Spread sauce over the segments.
 
Heat a grill or oven to 180C. Arrange oranges on a non stick late and place it in the oven. Put off the oven immediately after keeping the oranges inside.
 
Keep the oranges in the hot oven for about 5 minutes and remove from oven. Garnish with chopped nuts and serve wit ice cream or custard.
 
Note: Use Plum sauce or any other fruit sauce instead of butter scotch sauce.
