Royal Chicken

Ingredients:
 
 Chicken Breasts:2 (boneless)
 Bengal Gram Flour:½ cup
 Ginger Garlic Paste:2 tsp
 Ajwain Seeds:½ tsp
 Orange Food Colour:½ tsp
 Garam Masala Powder:½ tsp
 Turmeric Powder:½ tsp
 Red Chilli Powder:½ tsp
 White Pepper Powder:½ tsp
 Salt:½ tsp
 Water:½ cup
 Lemon Juice:of 2 lemons
 Coriander Leaves:2 tbsp (finely chopped)
 Sesame Seeds:3 tbsp
 Oil:for frying
 
Preparation:
 
Mix together gram flour, water, ajwain, ginger garlic paste, food colour and garam masala powder. Sprinkle water and make the mixture itn a thick batter and set it aside.
 
Cut chicken into 7.5 cm pieces. Prepare marinade with lemon juice, trmeric, red chilli, white pepper powder, salt and coriander leaves. Apply the marinade mixture to the chicken pieces completely and keep it aside for 2 hours.
 
Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan. Dip the marinated chicken pieces in the gram batter, coat with sesame and deep fry till it turns golden brown. Keep it on an absorbent paper and serve hot with mint chutney!
