Ingredients: | | | Yellow Pumpkin | : | ½ kg | | Cinnamon (Dalchini) | : | 1 inch piece | | Garlic | : | 8 flakes | | Corn Flour | : | ½ tsp | | Pepper Powder | : | little | |
| Preparation: | | Cut pumpkin into small pieces. Put dalchini in it and boil in water till soft. Cool it down and grind. In a kadai heat little butter, add garlic pieces and fry nicely. | | Add pumpkin juice in it. In half cup of water,mix corn flour and add this to the soup. Sprinkle little pepper powder and salt. Check for the taste and thickness. | | Serve in a soup bowl.This is a healthier recipe for children. | |
