Ingredients: | | | Grated Carrot | : | 8 cups | | Milk | : | 6 cups | | Sugar | : | 2 cups | | Ghee | : | 4 tbsp | | Almonds | : | few | | Cashew Nuts | : | few | | Saffron | : | for flavouring | | Cardamoms | : | for flavouring | |
| Preparation: | | Fry grated carrot in ghee. Add milk and cook till very soft. Add sugar and mix well. cook over a low flame till sugar is dissolved completely. | | Cook till the mixture turns into a soft ball. Add crushed cardamoms and saffron. | | Garnish with chopped nuts. Serve hot or cold as desired. | |
