Ingredients:
 
 Potatoes:4(boiled,peeled,cubed)
 Onions (medium):3 (thinly sliced)
 Green Chillis:3 (slit lengthwise)
 Palak (Spinach):1 big bunch (teared into big pieces)
 Garlic Flakes:5 (chopped)
 Curry Leaves:1 twig
 Cumin Seeds:1 tsp
 Red Chilli Powder:1 tsp
 Coriander Powder:1 tsp
 Cumin Powder:¼ tsp
 Salt:to taste
 Oil:2-3 tbsp
 Whipped Cream:1 tbsp (optional)
 
Preparation:
 
Boil 2 cups of water, add spinch,onions and green chillis. Cook till soft. Cool and gridn it to a paste.
 
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add cumin seeds, when it splutters, add garlic and curry leaves. Fry for a while.
 
Add the spinach paste,chilli powder,cumin powder,coriander powder and salt to it. Mix well and cook while stirring, till oil seperates.
 
Add potato cubes to this mixture, mix well and add one cup water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with cream and serve hot with rotis or rice.
