Beet Root Wine

Ingredients:
 
 Beet Root:1 kg
 Sugar:1 kg
 Mineral Water:2ltrs
 Toast:4 slices
 Cinnamon:4-5 sticks
 Oranges:3-4 (juice)
 Ginger:2' crushed
 Lemons:2 (juice)
 Yeast:1 tsp (soaked in warm water)
 
Preparation:
 
Make beetroot into very thin slices. Add 1 ltr water and pressure cook.
 
Strain the water and discard beet slices.
 
Add sugar, toast, cinnamon, orange juice, ginger crushed, lemon juice and yeast.
 
Mix well and keep it undisturbed for 13 days. Strain and serve the wine on Christmas Eve.
