| | Preparation: | | | | Preheat oven to 350 F. Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and cloves and reserve the flour mixture in a large mixing bowl. | | | | Take a small bowl break eggs into it and slightly beat the eggs. Now make a well in center of flour mixture and pour beaten eggs along with remaining ingredients. Whisk all the ingredients until blended well. | | | | Grease a cake mould using plenty of butter and pour cake batter into it. | | | | Bake for about 50 minutes, until a tester comes out clean. Cool cake for 20 minutes and turn out onto rack and let it cool completely. | | | | Serve with a dab of fresh honey. |
