Ingredients:
 
 Semolina (Suji):2 cups
 Milk:2 cups
 Sugar:1 cup
 Ghee:¼ cup
 Water:3 cups
 Cardamom Powder:a little
 Cashew and Almonds:2 tbsp (chopped)
 Raisins:1 tbsp
 
Preparation:
 
Take milk and water into a vessel and bring it to a boil. Add sugar and boil till the sugar is completely dissolved. Keep medium heat and cook 2 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from fire and keep it aside.
 
Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame and add semolina. Stir fry on 7 minutes or till the semolina is lightly roasted. Take care not to burn semolina.
 
Now add prepared milk and mix well. Cook on low heat for about 3 minutes, stirring periodically. When the mixture is dry sprinkle cardamom powder, chopped nuts and raisins.
 
Serve hot.
