Grind together coriander leaves, turmeric powder, black pepper corns, green chillies, ginger, garlic, onions and salt to a smooth paste. Rub this paste onto chicken pieces and marinate for about one hour.
Make cuts on chicken pieces.
Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed frying pan. Put marinated chicken into it and sauté on medium flame for 10- 15 minutes.
Cover and cook on low flame till the chicken becomes tender and dry.
