| Ingredients: | | | | | Milk | : | 2 cups | | | Custard Powder | : | 3 tbsp | | | Sugar | : | ¼ cup | | | Sugar | : | to garnish custard | | | Mixed fruit (of choice) | : | cut into small pieces | | | Lemon Juice | : | ¼ tsp | | |
| | Preparation: | | | | Take ¼ cup of milk and mix sugar and custard powder into it. Boil rest of the milk, reduce the flame and stir in the sugar, custard and milk mixture. | | | | Mix well and bring the mixture to one boil again, stirring constantly. When it starts boiling remove form fire and let it cool. | | | | Add little sugar and very little amount of lemon juice to the cut fruit. | | | | Take serving bowls and arrange cut fruit at the bottom layer. Cover fruit with prepared custard and refrigerate to chill. |
