| | Preparation: | | | | Cut the onions and chillies to the size u want. Wash the rice and put it aside. | | | | Take 2 table spoons of ghee in a pan. Heat it and add pepper and fry it for few seconds. | | | | Add chillies, fry them a little and add onions and fry it for 2-3 minutes. Add rice to it and pour 4 cups of water and add salt. | | | | Cook rice till done and serve it with chutney. |
