Ingredients: | | | Rice Flour | : | 2 cups | | Ground Nuts | : | 2 tbsp | | Bengal Gram | : | 4 tbsp | | Salt | : | 1 tsp | | Green Chilies | : | 6 | | Water | : | to make dough | | Oil | : | for frying | |
| Preparation: | | Grind green chillies to a paste. Mix together rice flour, ground nuts, roasted Bengal gram, salt and chilli paste. | | Sprinkle enough water and knead the mixture into soft and stiff dough. | | Divide the dough into lime sized balls. Flatten each ball into a disc using your fingers and palm. | | Heat oil in a skillet and deep-fry the discs till golden brown. Fry more than one at a time. Store in an airtight container. |
