Ingredients:
 
 Rice Flour:2 cups
 Ground Nuts:2 tbsp
 Bengal Gram:4 tbsp
 Salt:1 tsp
 Green Chilies:6
 Water:to make dough
 Oil:for frying
 
Preparation:
 
Grind green chillies to a paste. Mix together rice flour, ground nuts, roasted Bengal gram, salt and chilli paste.
 
Sprinkle enough water and knead the mixture into soft and stiff dough.
 
Divide the dough into lime sized balls. Flatten each ball into a disc using your fingers and palm.
 
Heat oil in a skillet and deep-fry the discs till golden brown. Fry more than one at a time. Store in an airtight container.
