Ingredients: | | | Glucose Biscuits | : | 12 | | Orange | : | 1 | | Ginger Garlic Paste | : | 1 tsp | | Milk | : | 1 cup | | Milk | : | ¾ cup | | Sugar | : | 4 tbsp | | Custard Powder | : | ¼ cup | | Instant Coffee Powder | : | 1 tsp | | Cocoa Powder | : | ½ tsp | | Bpiled Water | : | ¼ cup | | Butter | : | ½ tsp | | Vnilla Essence | : | ¼ tsp | |
| Preparation: | | Mix together coffee powder and cocoa powder in a broad vessel and pour in ¼ cup of boiled water into it and mix well. Bring the mixture to a boil and remove from fire and let it cool. | | Boil 1 cup of milk along with sugar. Add custard powder in ¾ cup of milk and mix well. Strain the mixture and pour it into the boiling sugared milk. Stir the mixture continuously till it becomes thick and remove from fire. Now add butter and vanilla essence into it. | | Peel and separate the orange into segments. Remove the seeds and pith from the segments. Dip each biscuit in the cocoa, coffee mixture and arrange 6 biscuits in the bottom of a bowl. Pour half of the custard mixture over the biscuits. Arrange half of the orange segments over it and arrange another layer with the remaining biscuits. Repeat the process once again and keep the bowl in the refrigerator till it is completely set. |
