| Ingredients: | | | | | Capsicums | : | 4 (big) | | | Fresh Curds | : | 1 cup | | | Grated Paneer | : | 1 tbsp | | | Red Chilli Powder | : | 1 tsp | | | Turmeric Powder | : | ¼ tsp | | | Salt | : | to taste | | | Oil | : | for frying | | |
| | Preparation: | | | | Tie curds in a muslin cloth and hang it till the water is drained off completely. | | | | Wash the capsicums thoroughly. Cut and remove the stem. | | | | Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry capsicums till they are soft. | | | | Add salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder to the hanged curds and mix well. Stuff the mixture in the fried capsicums. Arrange them in a thick bottomed frying pan with little oil sprinkled and sauté gently with out spoiling their shape. | | | | Garnish with grated paneer and coriander leaves. Serve with hot rice. |
