Ingredients: | | | Capsicums | : | 4 (big) | | Fresh Curds | : | 1 cup | | Grated Paneer | : | 1 tbsp | | Red Chilli Powder | : | 1 tsp | | Turmeric Powder | : | ¼ tsp | | Salt | : | to taste | | Oil | : | for frying | |
| Preparation: | | Tie curds in a muslin cloth and hang it till the water is drained off completely. | | Wash the capsicums thoroughly. Cut and remove the stem. | | Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry capsicums till they are soft. | | Add salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder to the hanged curds and mix well. Stuff the mixture in the fried capsicums. Arrange them in a thick bottomed frying pan with little oil sprinkled and sauté gently with out spoiling their shape. | | Garnish with grated paneer and coriander leaves. Serve with hot rice. |
