Stuffed Capsicums

Ingredients:
 
 Capsicums:4 (big)
 Fresh Curds:1 cup
 Grated Paneer:1 tbsp
 Red Chilli Powder:1 tsp
 Turmeric Powder:¼ tsp
 Salt:to taste
 Oil:for frying
 
Preparation:
 
Tie curds in a muslin cloth and hang it till the water is drained off completely.
 
Wash the capsicums thoroughly. Cut and remove the stem.
 
Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry capsicums till they are soft.
 
Add salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder to the hanged curds and mix well. Stuff the mixture in the fried capsicums. Arrange them in a thick bottomed frying pan with little oil sprinkled and sauté gently with out spoiling their shape.
 
Garnish with grated paneer and coriander leaves. Serve with hot rice.
