| Ingredients: | | | | | Sabudaniya | : | 1 cup | | | Oil | : | 2 tbsp | | | Curry Leaves | : | few | | | Potato | : | 1 (chopped finely) | | | Pepper Powder | : | to taste | | | Salt | : | to taste | | | Fried Ground Nut Powder | : | 1-2 tbsp | | | Coriander Leaves | : | ½ tbsp (chopped) | | |
| | Preparation: | | | | Wash 1 big cup sabudanya till clean. Drain water & sprinkle some water on it to soak and keep it aside for 1 hr. After one hour, loosen the sabudanya. | | | | Keep a bowl on the stove, heat oil, add curry leaves, add pieces of potatoes (cut in small pieces) and stir for 2-3 min. Add Soaked sapudanya to it and add pepper powder, Salt & half cup of fried groundnut powder to it and mix well. Adjust salt & pepper powder as per taste. | | | | Return to low flame till hot & garnish with coriander. | | | | Note: Now the hot sabudanya upma is ready to serve. |
