Sabudanya Upma

Ingredients:
 
 Sabudaniya:1 cup
 Oil:2 tbsp
 Curry Leaves:few
 Potato:1 (chopped finely)
 Pepper Powder:to taste
 Salt:to taste
 Fried Ground Nut Powder:1-2 tbsp
 Coriander Leaves:½ tbsp (chopped)
 
Preparation:
 
Wash 1 big cup sabudanya till clean. Drain water & sprinkle some water on it to soak and keep it aside for 1 hr. After one hour, loosen the sabudanya.
 
Keep a bowl on the stove, heat oil, add curry leaves, add pieces of potatoes (cut in small pieces) and stir for 2-3 min. Add Soaked sapudanya to it and add pepper powder, Salt & half cup of fried groundnut powder to it and mix well. Adjust salt & pepper powder as per taste.
 
Return to low flame till hot & garnish with coriander.
 
Note: Now the hot sabudanya upma is ready to serve.
