Ingredients:
 
 Paneer:500 gm
 For the batter:
 Gram flour:200 gm
 Red chilli powder:1 tsp
 Turmeric:1 tsp
 Crushed cumin:1 tsp
 Salt:to taste
 Soda bi-carbonate:1 tsp
 Oil:For frying
 Chaat masala :little
 
Preparation:
 
Make a thick batter with water, flour, red chilli powder, cumin, turmeric, salt and soda bi-carbonate. Add some more water to make into a pouring consistency.
 
Coat each slice with the batter and deep fry.
 
Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve with ketchup or chutney.
