Paneer Cutlets

Ingredients:
 
 Paneer:125 gm
 Salt:to taste
 Bread:½ slice (soft portion)
 Coriander-chopped:1 tbsp
 Green chillies - optional:1 tsp (chopped)
 Egg-slightly beaten:1
 Flour :2 tbsp
 Dry bread crumbs:1 cup
 Oil:for frying
 
Preparation:
 
Mash the paneer. Break the bread into small pieces or grate it.
 
Mix well together the paneer, salt, coriander, green chillies and bread.
 
Shape the cutlets, dip lightly in flour, then egg and last of all the breadcrumbs.
 
Deep fry and serve hot.
