Ingredients:
Chicken (skinned and washed thoroughly),
rub salt and pepper
Mint Leaves : Will need a big bunch
Methi leaves (kasuri methi or fresh methi leaves)if small 3 bunches, big 2 bunches.
Onions : 2 chopped
Green Chillies,
Ginger garlic paste
Salt, turmeric pwd
Oil
Method :
Fry the chicken pieces in oil until golden brown set aside.
Make a paste from the mint leaves, green chillies set aside.
In a pan add oil add chooped onions and fry till golden brown. Then add methi leaves until translucent then add ginger garlic paste turmeric powder.
Add the mint paste fry until oil leaves the side add chicken and salt cook until tender and serve hot with plain or jeera rice.
