INGREDIENTS:
Sesame seeds 400gms
Pistachios (not salted) 250gms
Raisins 250gms
Crystal sugar 200gms
Dates 50gms
Honey 260ml
METHOD:-
Deseed the dates.
Chop the pistachios finely.
Mix all ingredients and place in a cake form,
Cover with a plastic foil, Press tightly.
Let the cake should take rest over night.
So, it becomes ”compact cake”.
Use cake moulds to get different shapes.
Serve as desert with any icecream.
