Igredients:
Plainflour/allpurposeflour 1cup(maida)
Butter/ghee 3tsp
Oil/ghee for deep frying
Sugar 1½ cups
Water 1/4th cup
colour optional
Nuts finely chopped
Coconut powder
Take 1 cup of plain flour(maida) and add 2 pinches of soda in it and sieve it twice.
Add 3 spoons of butter or dalda and mix it well and add a little of water with it and make a dough.
Make small lemon sized and press with the palm and fry it in oil.Don't forget to keep the stove in the sim position.
Take 1 1/2(1.5)cups of sugar and one fourth
cup of water.
Mix it and boil it to make a syrup.
The consistency must be little thicker than what we prepare for gulabi.
Dip all the badhushas in that syrup and place it in a tray and spread some colour coconut powder on top of it.
