Ingrediants
Plian Boondi 4 cups(fried with besan)
Powederd sugar 1tsp
Thick sweet curds 4cups
Milk 1 cup
cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to Taste
Black salt 1/4 tsp.(optional)
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
mustard seeds 1/2 tsp.
Fresh coriander Chopped for garnishing
Method:-
In a big pan place bundi,add 4 cups of hot water,allow to stay for 2 minutes and drain immediately.
Cool it over running tap.
Drain again until water is removed.
Beat the curds and milk together to a smooth mass.
Add remaing things,mix thoroughly,finally add bundi.
Allow to chill in the refregerator for atleast 45 minutes.
Serve chilled and spread with Thin save over it to get rich look.
It is a fine serving in the evening times.
