Flaked rice 1cup(soaked&drained)
Greenchillies 6-8(as per your taste)
Salt to taste (chop them finely)
Onion red chopped
Oil 1 cup(for roasting)
Non-stick pan
Potato 1(boiled&mashed)
Ginger&garlic paste 2tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Groundnuts 10(peeled&crushed)
Fresh coriander leaves 1tbsp
Mint leaves(pudeena) 3 chopped
Seasam seed 1tsp
Bread crumbs 1tbsp
Rice flour/corn flour 2-3 tsp
METHOD:
Drain flaced rice well.
Mash the potato without any lumps.
Add salt,ginger&garlic paste,garammasala,Chopped onion,green chillies,sesame seeds,pudeena leaves and coriander leaves.
Make a fine dough along with cushed groundnuts.Add rice flour/corn flour to get fine mass to make cutlets(discs).
Place bread crumbs in a plate, make medium sized cutlets and
dust with the bread crumbs,prepare in the same way with whole
dough.
Keep them in the refregerator for atleast ½ hour covering with a lid.
Deep fry them OR roast them on a tawa(pan) to golden crispy brown.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green vegetable sallad.
Nice to serve as evening snack!!
