Vermicilli 100gms
Yogurt 100gms
Red chillies 6-7
Ginger 1 tsp (grated)
Garlic 5(chopped)
cloves 4
Onions chopped 1
Curry leaves few
Coriander leaves ½cup
Oil For deep frying
Salt To taste
METHOD:_
Mix vermicilli in yogurt, allow to stay for one hour.
Grind ginger, garlic, red chillies, cloves and salt to a fine paste.
Add this to vermicelli mixture.
Add chopped onions, green leaves to it.
Make small portions to prepare vadas(as per your desire).
Deep fry them to golden crispy brown.
