To get the crispy dosas here i am giving 2 tips,probably helps you all(normally i used to prepare this way!)
1)Grind (soaked)1tsp flake rice&1 tsp methiseeds along with the rice to a fine smooth batter(1 :3(1 urad dal:3 rice).
2)Grind 1 'bit' of ladyfinger along with the soaked to get the sticky batter & crispy dosas.
3)To get golden brown dosas add 1tbsp chenna dal when you soak the urad dal!!
