Cottage cheese(paneer) Cut into small bits
Bengal Gram flour 100gms
Yoghurt 50gms
Fresh coriander leaves 1tbsp
Baking powder pinch
Mint paste ½tsp
Oil Deep frying
salt as per taste
METHOD:-
Sieve bengal gram flour, baking powder, salt together.
Mix yoghurt,mint paste together and add above sieved flour to it.Mix thoroughly.
Heat oil,dip each paneer piece in the above batter Cook on (medium low heat) evenly on both sides till golden brown.
Serve hot with mint chutney.
Suggestion:-These are tasty when they are hot only!
