Kootoo Ke Aate Ke Parathe

Ingredients Quantities Kootoo Ka Atta 2 cups + for dusting Salt to taste Potato 1 large sized Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp Ghee for frying Method of preparation 1.Sieve flour with salt. Wash and boil potato till done. Cool, peel and mash. Dry roast cumin seeds and grind to a coarse powder. 2.Combine the flour, mashed potato, cumin powder and salt and knead to a semi soft dough using water as required. 3.Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into balls. Roll out each ball into six-inch diameter disc using a rolling pin. 4.Fold the disc into half, smear a little ghee, sprinkle a little flour and fold it again into a triangle. Using a rolling pin, roll again to make triangle shaped parantha. 5.Heat a tawa. Place the parantha over it. Turn over once and spread some ghee around it. Turn over again and spread a little more ghee on the other side. Cook till both sides are well cooked. 6.Serve hot with fresh yogurt. Hmmmmmm Taste
