This reflection is not a mere write-up, but a collection of all the withered hearts that have arrived from thousands of miles, over many lifetimes, to solace and comfort at Bhagawan Sathya Sai's Divine feet.
A few stones which transform into rare gems just at the mere thought of Bhagawan Baba earn the precious title for life as ‘Students of Sri Sathya Sai’. He alone is aware if we earned His grace from innumerable previous births to become His students or He showers His grace on us and so we become His students. A student is a bud when he or she arrives at His Lotus feet but once she is ready to leave those Feet as a Student, she then realizes that with the loving touch of the divine gardener, a mere bud has transformed in to a beautiful flower, filled with the fragrance of Love, to share with the whole world.
Bhagawan says students are His only property. A property is a permanent place to be resided. We attempt to live every moment as worthy of this honor by keeping our thoughts pure so that our hearts may be a welcoming place for Him to reside. In happiness and sorrow, His presence within us in the form of a guiding light shapes our thought processes.
Anything which is given for FREE in the world is not valuable to people. But what Bhagawan gives is always for free but the value attached to His gifts is immeasurable. He provides free Education in Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning and we remain indebted to His free gift. It is not gift for 3 years or 5 years but a gift for our lives. The lessons we learn, the pure life we lead can never be compared to any other Institute or Hostel in the world. What to say of the infinite love of a divine parent He so freely dispenses.
