Heat olive oil, sesame seed oil and massage into hair and then take steam. By doing this regularly you will get rid of split-ends.
Make a paste of jaggery, curd, and Multanni mitti and apply on scalp an hour before shampooing to get rid of dandruff. Take this treatment once in 15 days.
Just one small bit of advice for all people who love their hair. massage the COCONUT OIL in your hair every time before shampooing and leave it as long as you can (overnight, or at least 20 min before shampooing), it really makes a difference, just like henna does!!!
HENNA
Traditionally henna has been used for coloring hair for centuries in the Middle East and in India. Using henna for the hair is part of the normal beauty regime in these countries. Henna while coloring the hair conditions it as well. Henna is considered a very good natural conditioner for the hair. Henna strengthens the hair. It has anti fungal properties that help in the reduction of dandruff. Once you use henna on your hair it is easier to detangle and your hair is more manageable. Henna is a natural dye and henna dyes your hair a beautiful and natural red.
Henna is natural and therefore does not dye your hair like synthetic dyes. Henna coats the hair with a transparent red coloring. As you repeatedly apply henna on your hair, the color of your hair will get deeper. Henna cannot and does not lighten hair. On dark hair henna provides red and reddish highlights
When henna is applied on black or dark brown hair, the hair will be dyed auburn to burgundy with red highlights that will be visible in the sunlight.
Henna paste:
To make henna paste mix henna powder with lemon juice , black tea, coffee decotion , eggwhites, let it stay for couple of hrs then can apply to the hair.leave it on hair atleast an hour.
For conditioning effects, henna is mixed with curd and applied to the hair.
To get burgundy colour , beetroot pieces are boiled and water is added to henna mix.
adding black tea gives shine to hair ,
put about 250 g henna+indigo mix in a plastic plate and add lime juice (sometimes white vinegar) + very hot water. mix it, cover it and leave it for at least a 6 hours. After it stayed enough add a few drops of EO (like rosmary or lavender hoping it leaves some darkness and the smell of the hair) and a bit more of hot water, and the mix is ready. add strong black coffee instead if u like .
The washing part is very long, it takes more than 25 min to remove henna from my hair, three shampooings (with baby shampoo) and a lot of conditioner. But it is all the part of the fun!!!
