So, what age can you begin electrolysis at ?

Electrolysis is very simple. A needle so fine it is like a hair itself, is inserted into the follicle where the hair comes out. This is charged with electricity and zapp – the cells are destroyed. No more hair should grow there.
Now sometimes this mild current causes discomfort. It depends on which part of the face or body it is being applied to.it is not very bad, but on the knees and the ankles, it can be painful.

These are techniques to keep feet and hands clean healthy and beautiful.
Quick tips for a manicure
1.Remove old nail polish thoroughly.
2. Soak hands in warm water for 10 or 15 minutes. Dry hands.
3. File nails in one direction only. Avoid using a seesaw motion.
4. Push back cuticles. Use a cuticle moisturizer if they do not push back easily after soaking.
5. Massage your hands. Use a moisturizing lotion. Use an exfoliating lotion if your skin is dry and/or roughened.
6. Apply a base coat. Allow it to dry.
7. Apply polish. Clean any stray marks with a cotton swab dipped in polish remover.
8. Add a second coat for deeper color.
9. Finish the manicure with a top coat of clear polish.
Tips: Put your hands in a basin or sink full of ice-cold water if you need your nails to dry in a hurry.
Polish your nails before you shower, and take a longer shower than usual if you tend to be fast. By the time you're done, any polish you might have gotten on the skin or cuticles will have come off without affecting the polish on the nail itself. I've always had trouble doing a clean job of removing the polish that I missed with nail polish remover, and it always seemed to mess up the polish on my nails.
Do not shape your nails after soaking them. It can cause long-term damage.
