3 Treat your skin.
Depending on your skin type (oily, dry or combination) and the time of year, there are different products that treat and enhance your skin. Different treatments will have very different results. It is important to know your skin's needs.
All types of skin need to be exfoliated. This is the removal of dead skin cells that form daily. This is an essential part of skin treatment.
However, aftershave products with an alcohol base tend to dry out the skin, so the next time you go to the pharmacy to buy your favourite brand think again and instead ask for a brand which contains a mixture of honey with dhania seeds and orange flower water fruits and vegetables. Good skin care does not stop after these three steps. It is also important to remember to:
Drink lots and lots of water
Avoid greasy, fried foods
Exercise, Exercise, Exercise
Limit you intake of alcohol
Cut back on the cigarettes
THINGS TO REMEMBER
1. Your skin will show the world whatever's happening in your life. If you're a teenager, or are stressed or taking drugs, you might have an outbreak of acne. Try to treat the cause as well as the spots (unless you're a teenager - can't do much about that).
2.Smoking is as bad for your face as every other part of your body. It'll make you sick and smell like an ashtray. You'll develop yellow teeth and then you'll die sooner than others. Do whatever it takes to give up.
3.If you're not drinking enough fluids, or too many of the wrong sort, you might end up with dark circles under your eyes.
4. If your face is a real mess, visit a dermatologist, who might recommend a course of vitamins. Invest in a facial .
5. If your hair looks dull and lifeless, try buffing it with a silk tie or scarf while it's still damp after your morning shower.
