If you were called a shrimp(a very small or puny person or thing)at school and are self-conscious about your height, stick to clothes with narrow stripes and small checks. As a general rule, smaller checks work better than bigger ones anyway -
unless you're a bookmaker or trying to look like one.
Here's a tip on facial shape. If you have a round, pudding-shaped dial, go for more pointy collars on your shirts. But if you have a face like a horse, shorter collars will look good.
Keep it simple – Stay away from extremely bright colours and patterns or you may find yourself being mistaken for road signs. You can never go wrong with the simple blue, black and even white. Other neutral colours can add that extra oomph that won’t have people pointing and saying ‘Oh My!”
Your belt and shoe colour should match
Your socks should match your shoes and preferably each other
Your tie should reach the top of your belt or at least cover the beer gut.
DO NOT (Please!!) DO NOT, wear belt and suspenders at the same time
Go easy on the jewellery, one ring, a watch and if you’re so prone, an earring will suffice. Anything more and you will look like something out of a music video or a pimp, take your pick..
GROOMING FOR MEN
Here are just a few grooming tips that go beyond the shave and haircut and which are guaranteed to help you make that good impression you are striving for.
Keep fingernails and toe nails short and clean. Hey, be brave, go get a manicure and pedicure done.
Brush and floss daily for that dazzling smile
Trim those nose hairs at least on a weekly basis.
Trim your Beard and mustach regularly.(can keep changing styles once in a while which ofcourse will draw special attention indirectly peple notice you)
Stock up on lip balm to prevent chapped lips on those hot days.
Use a concealer to cover any blemishes. If you are not up to buying it at the makeup counter, (needed for men who r coverd by media) ..for all other its better to keep face fresh
