The keeper will not wear any gloves and any miss stumping will be punished by dog bite on his fingers for 1 min.
The live match simulate rule will be much strict and more and more punishments are held. In this way player will get confident that they can field well, bat well and bowl well.
The bowler should not bowl a no-ball or wide ball in entire match..
Every No-ball and Wide ball will be punished by public with Sharp sword hit on his back
All medical facilities, first aid, emergency is provided and world famous doctors are available
All the time during the practice and
Live matches (internal matches blue house, red house, etc..Etc)
The practice and live matches will be shown on TV live and good advising for Indian market..
In world cup match - 2011 (Indian bowlers should all out the opponent team in less than 200 runs (40 overs)
Otherwise bowlers will be punishing by public by putting fire on the hand for 30 secs after the world cup.
Indian openers should score min of 100 runs for first wicket otherwise; the openers will be hit gun shot on their legs
After the world cup.
Fielders should not mis-field or mis-catch otherwise will be punished by snake bites on their hands and legs.
And much more rules will be in placed..

I'm sure.. I can make India winning the world cup 2001 with my great rules and can break all the world records as our players have gone thru the pressure matches and practice already..
