My communication skills as well presentation skills. The basic fact was after every interview I started analysing where I was going wrong instead of getting disappointed. And I started overcoming those areas it can be technical or functional or communication wise. The achievement out of my ananlysis was I was able to go till third round of my inteviews final round is the HR round. I generally make a note of everything. I come across in my hand book.
Finally the day came my 26th interview which was the day of my achivement. And I got into an MNC with a good package. There wasn't any ecstacy in me as I was aware of it. This altogether took one and half an year to get through as there were several breaks in the mid like I used to visit my home town. And there would be ups and downs in the IT market because of which no calls would be coming etc. Apart from all this I was married by the time.
I am brevity enough in articulating but there were situations worse while undergoing these times.
Infact there is no failure it is just we quiting in the middle.
Every thing on this earth is unique. They have their own style and significance. And I believe only understanding and awareness is the only unit that measures the Individual's potentiality.
Thanks to my parents and my husband who lap me at my back when needed.
The pages in my hand book are filling up fast as years are running that includes several shades making my life so far colorful and henceforth.
I am standing up in all of my deeds but in one thing I missed out, in returning back the mobile to my mother as I have an emotional attachment with that mobile, how ever every one
will have their own weaknesses.
Bottom line : The very first day of my office when they gave my Identity card (ID) tag the very first thought in my mind was
